Boa Vista
The sea, the sun, the beautiful white beaches, constant temperatures all year round and political stability are among the characteristics that fascinate those who visit the island. When you arrive in Boa Vista, you are immediately bewitched by the “Cabo-Verdian morabeza” a word, without literal translation, which tells of that feeling of welcome that only the local people can give. It is said that the real magic does not lie in the more than 50 km of beaches, nor in the mild climate (eternal spring), nor in the freshly caught fish or the freshest goat cheese, but in the innate sense of hospitality of the Cape Verdean men and women.
The hotel
The Estoril hotel has 22 rooms, all with the possibility of double or single use. Four rooms are communicating (two by two) in order to allow the accommodation of family groups. The two-storey structure is integrated with the surrounding nature and has a common area for relaxation and reading. The rooms are very bright and well ventilated, in each room there are at least two windows; the bathroom is complete with sink, toilet, bidet and shower and has a window. All windows are protected with mosquito nets. Each room is fully furnished, in addition to the bed there is a desk with chair, refrigerator, smart TV, wi-fi system suitable for digital nomads. Room cleaning and linen change are done daily.
The apartments
Since 2022, the accommodation facility has expanded by including the management of the 24 apartments (two and three-room apartments) of the nearby Residence Cardeal. The structure is an “internal courtyard”, very well exposed and bright. It has a large well-kept internal garden and a beautiful external garden with native plants and palms. The residence offers the necessary tranquility for medium-long rest or work stays. The structure is in fact suitable for “digital-nomads” with the latest generation WI-FI network with an average download of 30mbit/s. The Estoril apartments are available from two to six beds. The apartments are < /span>fully furnished and with kitchen complete with all accessories.

Superior
22m² rooms, located on the first floor, suitable for two adults and one child. All the rooms overlook the pleasant protected common terrace, which can be used as a space for reading and relaxation. The rooms have a fridge, smart TV, Wi-Fi, ceiling fan, mosquito nets on the windows, bathroom with window, shower, toilet and bidet. They can be joined together to create the possibility of accommodating a family.
Budgets
Rooms of 22m², they are located on the ground floor and are suitable for those who want to save money, without giving up being a stone’s throw from the sea. These rooms also enjoy a common outdoor area, very pleasant and protected. Bathroom with toilet, shower and bidet. Wi-Fi system and ceiling fan.
