The Estoril structures were born in the 2000s from the will of one of the very first Italian investors who immediately realized the extraordinary beauty of the Island of Boa Vista, the wonderful availability and friendliness of the inhabitants and the opportunities that wild nature could give. Completely renovated during the years 2021 and 2022, today they offer themselves as very pleasant apartments and hotels, both a stone’s throw from the sea!
Hotels and apartments are located about 100 meters from one of the many beaches on the island of Boa Vista, the “praia Estoril” from which they take their name. Located at the entrance of the capital of Boa Vista Island (Sal Rei), they are less than 10 minutes from Aristides Pereira International Airport.
The very pleasant architectural structure gives the guest the sensation of feeling naturally pampered, in harmony with the environment and nature. The order and cleanliness are matched only by the friendliness of the staff 🙂 With the entry into the group of “Estoril Apartments” the offer is now expanding also for longer tourist stays and/or for professionals who will be able to take advantage of the dedicated WiFi with an average download speed of 30Mbit/s.
The Estoril hotel has 22 rooms all with the possibility of double or single use. Four rooms are communicating (two by two) in order to allow the accommodation of family groups. The rooms are arranged on two floors connected by a large balcony and have a common area for relaxation or reading. Each room is equipped with a ceiling fan, it is very bright and ventilated by at least two windows; the bathroom, with sink, toilet, bidet and shower has a window.
Two bedrooms have a bathroom with forced ventilation. The room is fully furnished, in addition to the bed there is a desk with chair, refrigerator, smart TV, wi-fi system with fiber.
The cleaning of the rooms and the change of linen is carried out daily. Since 2022, the hotel structure has expanded to include 24 apartments in the nearby Residence Cardeal.
In the Residence there are: 8 studio apartments with two / three beds and 16 spacious three-room apartments with 4/6 beds. The apartments are fully furnished and equipped.
The structure is very bright and open, with a large well-kept internal garden and a beautiful outdoor garden with native plants and palm trees. The residence offers the necessary tranquility for medium-long periods of rest and refreshment. Structure suitable for the new “digital-nomads” or for people who need the latest generation of online connections.
